Shipping Policy

National Shipping (Australia)

Frase Skin delivers to all Australian states. Orders from our website are dispatched daily (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your payment is processed, we aim to ship your order the following business day.

You will receive an email once your order is dispatched with a tracking link (please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active). Orders are sent with Australia Post and trusted couriers and delivered directly to your door — please ensure you provide a full and correct street address.

Shipping Rates (AUD):

  • Standard Shipping: $6 on orders under $99

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99

  • Express: $12

  • Priority Express (Skip the Queue): $14

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • NSW: 2–3 business days

  • QLD: 3–5 business days

  • VIC: 3–7 business days

  • WA & rural areas: 3–10 business days

International Shipping (AUD)

New Zealand:

  • Standard Shipping: $15 (5–10 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $25 (4–7 business days)

Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. If you’ve ordered and received your items but decide you no longer want them, we cannot accept returns.

However, we stand behind the results of our products and offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you don’t see the results you’re after. Here’s how to claim it:

  1. Take photos before you start your treatment.

  2. Take photos weekly to track your progress while using the products.

  3. Use the products for at least 30 days. (If you have questions before then, email us — we’re happy to help.)

  4. Email time-stamped images to support@fraseskin.com.au if you’d like to claim the guarantee.

Once your request is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@fraseskin.com.au within 7 days of receiving it, including your order number and photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
